SUMMARY:Autumn Equinox Guided Forest Bathing Walk
DESCRIPTION:As the summer comes to a close\, it’s the ideal time to slow down\, get quiet and welcome the coming of a new season. Join ANFT-certified forest therapy guide Cathy McCauley in marking the autumnal equinox on this two-hour guided forest walk. You’ll be guided in community to notice what is happening on the land and inside your heart through a series of slow and expansive invitations focusing on being present to sensory awareness. We will offer opportunities to share your experiences with the group.The slow walk will be about a mile and will conclude with a short celebration with snacks and tea to honor the land.  Dress for the weather and bugs; closed-toed shoes are suggested.
