SUMMARY:Lines of Light: A Forest Bathing Walk with Spring Poetry
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the spring equinox with ANFT-certified forest therapy guide Cathy McCauley at Irish Oaks Savannah Nature Preserve in Harvard. This two-hour forest bathing walk invites participants to slow down and notice the early unfolding of spring\, with brief nature poetry readings woven throughout the experience. Simple\, open-ended invitations will support sensory awareness and connection with the land\, with optional opportunities to share reflections. We’ll walk about one mile and close with a small celebration\, including light snacks and tea brewed from locally harvested plants. \nDate: Sunday\, March 22 from 2-4:15 p.m.\nLocation: Irish Oaks Nature Preserve\, 19017 Lincoln Rd\, Harvard\nFee: $30 per person\, age 18+. Registration is limited to 10 people.
