Learn to Burn

Join TLC to learn how to use fire to manage prairies, wetlands and woodlands safely. The class will be inside and outside, where we will do a prescribed burn if conditions allow, so dress appropriately for the weather and for doing prescribed fire (leather boots and gloves, tie back or braid long hair, jeans, cotton/denim. Please do not wear synthetic clothing that might melt.) Safety equipment is available, but feel free to bring your own equipment if you have it. Please bring lunch and water.
