Forest Bathing Walk

Join certified forest bathing guide Jennifer Boudart for a mindful walk to celebrate summer. You’ll be guided through a series of invitations to slow down and tune into your senses as you notice what is happening in the woods and around the pond. The pace is easy, and the walk will cover less than half a mile. It will end with a “forest tea” featuring tea made from locally harvested plants.

Date: Saturday, Aug. 17, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Location: Hennen Conservation Area, 4622 Dean St. Woodstock
