CANCELLED – Boloria Meadows Restoration Workday

Cancelled due to the cold weather. 

It’s the time of year when workdays at Boloria Meadows resume!

Join Dennis this Saturday morning for a workday in the new addition to the Nature Preserve. The workday will focus on clearing brush along the head water stream near Ridge Road.

Directions: From the intersection of IL 31 and Bull Valley Rd. in McHenry, go west on Bull Valley Road 3.2 miles. Turn right (north) onto McAndrews Glen Dr. proceed for .3 miles until you reach Millburne Ct. Turn left and park on the road along the grass field across from the entrance to the preserve. If you are bringing chainsaws, or other equipment, you are invited to park in the cleared area off of Ridge Road about 1/4 mile north of Bull Valley Rd. on the right (east) side of the road.
