Donato Woods Restoration Workday

This site contains an enormous variety of spring ephemeral plants that are deprived of sunlight by the encroaching invasive brush. Join us as we continue clearing brush and cutting up fallen trees at the south end of the conservation area near the new entrance off of Kimball.

We’ll enter the conservation area at the new entrance so please park at the intersection of Gerry St. and Kimball Ave. If you get there after the crew has left the parking area head in and follow the sound of chainsaws.
