Final Friday Restoration Workday at Hennen Conservation Area

Join Kim for a Final Friday brush clearing event at our TLC easement headquarters in Woodstock! Meet up will be near the green barn where Kim will be waiting to lead you to the work area.
Directions: From Woodstock, take Dean St south of 14 for 2.5 miles. The destination will be on your left (east).

Tips to make your workday experience safe/enjoyable:
Bring plenty of water – better to bring too much than too little!
Sturdy boots or old tennis shoes
Leather gloves or gardening gloves
Long sleeves/pants – prevent scrapes and scratches from branches
Certain bug sprays and tucking pants into socks helps guard against ticks
Hat – helps protect hair from embers
Sunglasses or eye protection
