Final Friday Restoration Workday at Spring Hollow

TLC is partering with the IDNR to host an even more special Final Friday workday event at one of our conservation easement sites in Bull Valley! Spring Hollow is teeming with important plant species that favor higher light levels than what is allowed to penetrate through the canopy. For this workday we’ll continue thinning some of the shade-loving trees to allow more light in.

Directions: Off of Fleming Road in Woodstock. This property can be accessed by the first driveway on the right hand side when heading north on Fleming Road. The driveway will split off in four directions, take the second drive from the right, which is also the third from the left, and continue past the first house until you reach the circle at the end of the road. This should be visible from any aerial map.
