Food Forest Volunteer Workday

Join us for a work session out at the Apple Creek Food Forest! There is a lot planned for this growing season– including planting, seeding, garden bed prep, mulching, watering, special projects, and more!
Reminders:
Wear sturdy shoes or boots as the ground is a bit uneven in spots.
We have some garden gloves, but bring yours along if you have some.
Until trees start growing or the pavilion goes up, there is no shade; sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen are all a good idea.
There are no bathrooms out at the food forest at this time! There is running water if you want to top up your water bottle though.
The address is 3210 Dean Street, Woodstock, IL. I park on the east side of the street on the grass. Otherwise there is parking available if you walk over from the subdivision streets.
