SOLD OUT – Forest Bathing Walk at Hennen Conservation Area

Join certified forest bathing guide Jennifer Boudart for a slow, mindful walk that will help you reconnect with nature. You’ll be guided through a series of gentle, open-ended invitations to awaken your senses and relax into the present moment as you explore what the land has to offer. The pace is easy, and the walk will cover less than half a mile. It will end with a “forest tea” featuring tea made from locally harvested plants. Hand warmers, lap blankets, and stools will be provided. A portion of the proceeds from this walk will be donated to TLC.
