Sponsor TLC’s Spring and Fall Native Plant Sales!

TLC’s Native Plant Sale has been increasing in popularity, creating a great opportunity for businesses, families and individuals to show their support for growing native in our local area! For the first time, TLC is accepting sponsors for our twice-yearly Sustainability Sales.  

Over 600 people each year order and purchase from the sales and pick up their native plants, trees and shrubs in-person in Woodstock. 

The Native Plant Sale is a fundraiser for TLC and all proceeds and sponsorship dollars will help grow the sale while TLC preserves land for life in McHenry County. 

How does your sponsorship help? Sponsorship funds will help defray the costs of the sale, including delivery fees of plant materials to the site of the sale – about $1000 for each event. Sponsorship funds will also be used to improve the customer experience, allowing us to purchase more wagons for customers to shop, as well as plant tags, signage and more! 

Sponsorships range from $250-$1500. Our sponsors enjoy visibility prior, during, and post-sale through our website, social media channels, and direct communication to our members and customers. Please contact gmaki@conservemc.org for more information about becoming a TLC Native Plant Sale sponsor!

Sponsorship Levels

Your $1500 sponsorship includes:

  • Largest logo and link on TLC’s web store pages
  • 2 dedicated posts on TLC’s Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages that includes a tag and company logo – 1 during the spring sale and 1 during the fall sale
  • Largest logo included on the thank you banner that will be on display during plant sale pickup dates
  • Logo included in all blast emails regarding the Spring and Fall Sustainability Sales
  • Logo included in print newsletter announcements of the Sustainability Sales (if received by newsletter deadline)
  • Businesses may leave swag for customers at plant sale pickup, or have a staffed table at the event 

Your $1000 sponsorship includes:

  • Logo included in all blast emails regarding the Spring and Fall Sustainability Sales

  • Businesses may leave swag for customers at plant sale pickup, or have a staffed table at the event
