Thank you!

Because of your generosity we raised over $1900 for the CLIP program to be used in 2022.

You can help support the future of conservation on Giving Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021!

Gifts made on Giving Tuesday will benefit TLC’s Conservation Leader Internship Program (CLIP), the only program of its kind in our area that provides underserved communities such as women and BIPOC students/youth with hand-on professional training in the field of conservation. CLIP is a paid internship that gives students solid experience in the field of conservation and serves as a springboard for a professional career in the field. The goal is to raise $2500 for the 2022 summer CLIP program.

How can you help?

$500 = A laptop for a CLIP intern to use for the summer
$250 = A brush saw for an intern to help restore McHenry County’s natural areas
$100 = A pair of work boots for an intern who may not be able to afford them
$50 = A shovel for restoring McHenry County’s natural areas
$25 = A pair of work gloves
$10 = A pair of safety goggles

Learn more about the CLIP program in this one-minute video from TLC’s Kim Elsenbroek.
